No conveyor belt of CVs. No being passed from consultant to consultant. No chasing for updates. We’d rather introduce three genuinely right people than twenty that vaguely fit.
How we work on a role
- We get under the skin of the business before we start searching.
- We challenge the brief when it needs challenging, because “we need someone with five years’ experience” isn’t always the answer.
- We search for the right person rather than the easiest person to find.
- We personally manage the process from brief to offer.
- We keep things moving. Good people don’t stay available forever.
On timing
We move quickly because the best people rarely sit around waiting to be recruited.
Some searches move faster. Specialist or senior roles can naturally take longer.
We won’t promise a candidate in 24 hours just to win the instruction. We’d rather give a realistic timeframe and deliver properly.
Fees
Keep it simple. Our fees are agreed upfront, so there are no surprises later.

Your CV should lead somewhere
We take the time to understand what you’re looking for, what matters to you, and where you want to go next. If there’s a genuine fit, we’ll talk to you about it.
How we treat people
- We don’t treat people like CVs in a database.
- We understand what you are actually looking for, not just the job title and salary.
- We only put you forward for roles that make sense for you.
- We’re honest about the opportunity, the company and the fit.
- We stay involved throughout the process, not just until we’ve made the introduction.
- And if something isn’t right, we’ll tell you.
What happens after you send your CV
We don’t believe in CV black holes.
If you send us your CV, we aim to acknowledge it and let you know what happens next. If we see a genuine match, we’ll contact you and have a proper conversation before putting you forward anywhere.
If there isn’t something suitable today, we can keep your details on file and come back to you when something relevant lands.
We won’t bombard you with irrelevant jobs just because we have your CV.
Why not just use a job board?
A job board gives you access to vacancies. We give you access to people and opportunities you may never see advertised.
When you send your CV, it doesn’t disappear into a database. We look at what you can actually do, where you want to go and what could be a genuine fit.
Sometimes the best opportunity isn’t the one you were searching for.
